After Micromax launching low cost Android phone, it seems its Intex’s turn to start manufacturing low cost Android phone. As per talks with TelecomYatra.com, a senior Intex official disclosed that they have plans to launch the cheapest Android phone so-far with a price tag of around Rs. 5500.
Reportedly, the phone would have features equivalent to that of Micromax Andro A60 with a resistive touch-screen, 3.2 MP camera, WI-FI, GPS, etc. Intex is planning to come up with an official announcement regarding this phone during the first week of February.
Mr. Sudhir, the Intex official, also added that they are also planning for launching phones that would have internal projectors and other similar innovative product that was never been introduced in any phone, at least in India.

Re/intex official requirements of new set- dual gsm, android 2.3 os, 8mp hd capture, 4inch screen >1080p,full touch capacitive interface, FM inbuilt antena with RDS, and all other features compared to the best of the mob jaints of the market. Not only mobile, also launch touch competition avoiding all possible short-cut methods. Make ur users proud make ur BHARAT too.

It is not possible to make a android phone more then 5 Megapixel camera. Rest of your specifications are OK.

There are some android phones with more than 5MP camera. Google for more.
