The latest offering from Lenovo is a tablet, the Tab V7. The tablet has finally arrived India post his unveiling at the MWC earlier this year. The device comes with a rear fingerprint sensor and a 7-inch display with 1080p resolution. The device isn’t very powerful but would satisfy consumers who want to have a tablet experience in the budget. The company is also touting it to offer mix features of a tablet and smartphone in a single portable device. The device also features the use of SIM for calling and messaging through the decimated carrier.
Lenovo Tab V7 Specifications
The tablet is 7.9 mm in thickness with an overall weight of 195g. The display panel is an IPS LCD screen having 6.95-inch screen size and 1080 X 2160 pixel screen resolution. The tablet shall run a near-stock version of Android 9 Pie out of the box.
The tablets get their power from Snapdragon 450 chipset on an Octa-core CPU clocked at 1.8 GHz coupled with Adreno 506 GPU. The device supports micro SD card up to 256 GB and offers 3 or 4 GB of RAM with a native 32 or 64 GB internal storage.
Optics wise the tablet sports single 13-megapixel rear sensor with LED flash which supports HDR and panorama. On the front, you get a regular 5-megapixel selfie camera. The Tab V7 supports stereo speakers having Dolby Atmos sound compatibility.
Connectivity options include Wi-Fi 802.11 a/b/g/n/ac, Bluetooth 4.2. GPS, FM radio and USB type C. The device is powered by a mammoth of 5,180 mAh battery which does not have any sort of fast charging support.
Lenovo Tab V7 Cost and Availability
The tablet won’t be specific to any online retailer rather shall be made available on Flipkart from August 1. Followed by which other online retailers like Amazon India, Croma, Reliance digital and others would start selling the same soon.
The pricing of the tablet is as follows,
A) The variant with 3 GB RAM and 32 GB Internal Storage shall be up for sale at Rs. 12,990
B) The variant with 4 GB RAM and 64 GB Internal Storage shall be up for sale at Rs. 14,990
Tab V7 shall be available for purchase in Sale Black color only.
