LeEco Partners with Retail Chains, Smartphones to be Sold Offline

After debuting online in India last year, LeEco is all set to be sold via offline channels in the country. In a recent press statement, the company announced that it has tied up with top retail chains of the country namely Sangeetha, and Poorvika & Zonal Distributors like Shivalik, AppsYouNeed, Pearl Infotech, and PCH to expand its presence across offline stores.

Through these partnerships, the brand hopes to extend its reach to more than 2000 outlets across 65 cities in the country and aims at reaching to 6000-8000 outlets by the year end.

However, it is important to make a note that as of now only the previously released smartphones like the Le 1s and Le 1S eco will be made available via these offline stores. The brand plans to extend the entire product portfolio to these stores by the year end. As of now, its products were only available online via Flipkart and LeEco’s own E-commerce marketplace – LeMall.

During the announcement, Atul Jain, COO of LeEco India said

This marks another milestone in our India journey that has been incredible so far. Our strategy to strengthen our offline business is a testimony to our commitment to the Indian market. For this, we have tied up with some of the well-known names in offline retail across geographies and we will continue to add more partners as we go along.

We were also being informed that the LeEco has about 555 operational service centers as of now and plans to increase the number of service center for the ease and convenience of its customers.
