The above image of one of the Jio feature phone has been leaked by the guys at FoneArena blog, and it looks genuine to some extent. As it is clearly visible in the image, the device features the basic D-pad as seen in conventional mobile devices along with four dedicated jio functionality buttons – My Jio, Jio TV, Jio Music, and Jio on demand.

Though there is no official info yet about these cheap VoLTE mobiles from Jio, we expect the phone to support basic web browsing features apart from the Jio apps that we talked about earlier. We also expect the phone to have hotspot feature using which people can consume data on their primary devices easily without having to necessarily switch to Jio as their primary number.

We also expect the phone to have hotspot feature using which people can consume data on their primary devices easily without having to necessarily switch to Jio as their primary number. Needless to mention, if these upcoming VoLTE feature phones from Jio supports hotspot, then it would be total value for money to buy this device as a backup data phone.

Coming to the pricing of the same, again, there is no official word about the same. However, going by the huge media coverage about the same including the mainstream media, we are sure these feature phones from Jio would be priced as low as Rs. 999.
