A younger and lighter version of Galaxy S3 was already announced last month and a lighter version of Galaxy Y was rumored too for the past couple of days.  Today, Samsung has officially launched both the phones in India. Both the phones are Android OS based and supports dual SIM on active mode. Galaxy S duos has a 4.0″ WVGA screen and runs on Android Ice cream 4.0 OS on top of a 1Ghz processor while the later being a lighter version of Galaxy Y, spots a 2.8″ capacitive touch screen and comes with Android Gingerbread OS. Both these phones are priced at Rs. 17900 and Rs. 6990/- respectively. Below are the specifications and pics of both the phones.

The above phones looks good, but if you are not too conscious about what brand you use, we suggest you to check the recently launched phones from Micromax – Micromax Ninja 3, Ninja 4 and the Karbonn Smart A18 which has better specs at almost similar price brackets.
