Indian government officially allocated 3G spectrum to several private cellular operators on 19th of May 2010 but unfortunately, Uninor services being a new entrant in the market could not win 3g license for any of the Indian telecom circles.
Though, as per speculations, Uninor will be providing 3G services in select circles in collaboration with some other 3G license holders.
We will keep this section updated as and when there are any official announcement regarding 3G launch from Uninor, its tariff and pricing and other plan details.

Guys, Im a chennai resident and using uninor 2g with the highest speed. While i am a T-Nagar (An integral part of the city), My speed is like f1. When im in rural areas like Tambaram/Chenalpet The speed drills down (Though we can official file a call to Uninor).
All i want to convey is to prefer Docomo/Uninor for 3G as the support and consistency is good. Well, If Airtel was to establish its 3g i would definitely prefer that. Nonetheless……

docomo ka 3g ekdam bakwas he. bhulke bhi use mat karna. nahi to pachhtaoge. uski 3g ki download speed 60kbps to 80kbps k uppar nahi jati. tumhar paisa west jayega. so plese dont use docomo 3g.
but with uninor 2g, i am getting 175kbps down and 125 kbps upload speed

Try with some other operator and you’ll probably get higher speed..
I not getting well what is called edge , if one provide 2.7 i.e. edge so there should be a speed of minimum one by 10 of 3g because 3g is a next generation just after 2.7g .
uninor gprs is giving good speed in dhanbad ,jharkhand
download speed is 256kbps and upload speed is 180kbps means basic
broadband,,, so switch to uninor ,,,, uninor rocks dhanbad,,,,,,,,,,,,,,,,,,,,,,
i’m using uninor 2g internet in dhanbad, it works nice as compared to other operators like airtel, aircel, docomo.
But docomo has the worst internet speed. Docomo does not gives more than 30b/s. Never use docomo for net.
I would say that Uninor 2g internet is the best.
virgin & docomo maine use kiya. internet ke liye bahot slow saabit hua. ekdam bakwaas hai.kabhi use mat karna. paisa pani mein jayega.
