Airtel 3G Services LIVE in Chennai & Coimbatore

Recently we published about the launch of Airtel 3G services in Bangalore and now Airtel has announced its 3G services launch in Chennai and Coimbatore. During the launch event of 3G services, Atul Bindal – President – Mobile services welcomed Airtel’s brand ambassador and cinestar – Karthi to experience its 3G services and let him become the first Airtel 3G customer in Chennai.

Airtel 3G Services Tariff Plans & Rates:

There are currently 4 types of plan offerings, namely:

  • Pay as you go
  • Sachet Plans:
    Ranging from Rs. 8 to Rs. 65 with data usage of 10 MB to 65 MB valid for only 1 day
  • Standard Plans:
    Ranging from Rs. 101 to Rs. 751 with data usage of 100 MB to 2 GB valid for 30 days.
  • Flexi-shield Plan:
    1.25 GB of free data usage valid for 30 days costing Rs. 675

    Hi , Am at bangalore, Activated my 3g yesterday, But it doest work and the customer service is taking its own sweet time to revert… sick

    its too costly… ask them to go to hell…

    bsnl is very cheap . for 700 rs u get monthly unlimited with good speed and roaming all over india…

    Any one know the charges of the video call…..r they allowing video call…..
