Huawei’s Nova 5i Pro is yet another smartphone from the brand featuring a punch-hole display as earlier seen on the Samsung Galaxy M40. The phone has been launched in China followed by the sale starting August 2. The phone’s USP is the rear quad camera module and the punch-hole display which look and makes the device elegant to core.

The Huawei branded smartphone shall have Android 9 Pie out of the box with EMUI 9.1 on top. The device features a 6.26-inch full HD+ display having 1080 X 2340 pixels resolution. The panel also features a DCI-P3 color gamut coupled with 19:5:9 aspect ratio.

The phone pairs native storage of 128 GB and 256 GB by default alongside 6 GB of RAM and 8 GB of RAM models for sale. The device is powered by Kirin 810 SoC.
On the rear side, the phone features a very premium a stylish quad camera setup. the primary camera consists of a 48-megapixel primary sensor with an f/1.8 lens, 8-megapixel secondary sensor with a super-wide-angle lens, 2-megapixel tertiary sensor with a macro lens, and a 2-megapixel quaternary, depth sensor. The rear sensor supports PDAF and comes preloaded with software features like HDR, night mode, portrait mode, and time-lapse, etc.
Towards the front side, the phone features a punch hole which carries in a 32-megapixel selfie camera with f/2.0 aperture. The rear also houses the fingerprint sensor and the device gets its power from a 4,000 mAh battery.

Huawei Nova 5i Pro Pricing and Availability
The phone as earlier mentioned shall be open for sales in China starting August 2. The variant with 6GB of RAM and 128 GB native storage shall be available for CNY 2,199 which is roughly Rs. 21,700. Whereas the model has 8 GB of RAM and 128 GB of storage shall be up for sale at CNY 2,499 which comes around Rs. 25,000 approximately. Another variant of the same phone with 8 GB of RAM and 256 GB of internal storage shall be available for purchase at CNY 2,799, approx Rs.28,000.
Additionally, the company shall also launch in China the Mate 20 X 5G with a price tag of CNY 6,199 for the lone 8GB RAM + 256GB storage configuration. The phone will go on sale in the country from August 16.
