Moto E6 with 6.22″ Display & 3000 mAh Battery Spotted on FCC Listing

Its raining season for smartphone launches, leaks, and rumors. Earlier we posted Realme X that is scheduled to launch in Beijing on May 15. Asus is also supposed to launch the Zenfone 6 on May 16. Honor Pro 20 will be launched with a hole punch display. Motorola One Vision is also set to launch on May 15. There are probably more but we have listed out some prominent ones.

With a recent leak on twitter by Venkatesh Babu. G which showed us the FCC listing of the phone.

The tweet clearly mentioned the model number said to be XT2005-3 and codename “surfna” and the FCC ID was IHDT56YA3. The listing also comes with a diagram of the smartphone’s back panel which reveals a camera module setup in the center of the panel.

The diagram also suggests that the Moto E6 will be 158mm diagonally wide which means it will sport a 6.22-inch. However, do note that the actual size of the phone’s display is said to be 5.45-inch having a resolution of 1440 x 720 pixels.

Possible Moto E6 Specs (Under the hood)

The phone shall rock Snapdragon 430 chipset and would be shipped with 2GB RAM with 32GB of onboard storage. It is also said to have a 13 MP rear snapper along with LED flash. The front camera is a regular 5 MP shooter. The battery inside the phone is said to be of 3000 mAh battery which is 1000 mAh smaller than its predecessor, the Moto E5.

The Moto E5 was launched with 5.7 inch IPS LCD display having a screen resolution of 720 x 1440 pixels. Was powered by Android 8.0 Oreo having a stock-ish look. Inside the phone on board was the Snapdragon 425 chipset on a Quad Core CPU coupled with Adreno 308 GPU.

The phone had 16 GB internal with 2 GB of RAM which was further expandable up to 256 GB via micro SD card.

On the rear side, it had a single 13 MP camera and in the front, it had a 5 MP shooter which also feature a LED flash.

Connectivity features include WLAN, Bluetooth, GPS, NFC, Radio and micro USB 2.0. Along with accelerometer and proximity, Moto E5 had a rear-mounted fingerprint sensor and featured a 4000 mAh battery having 10W fast charging.
