After the grand success of Mi Band 1, 2 and 3 Xiaomi is back with another installment of its most famous budget fitness tracker the Mi Band 4. This time the band went a little expensive because of its new AMOLED Color display, music controlling feature and improved fitness tracking capabilities.

The new Xiaomi fitness tracker shall be retailing for a price tag of Rs. 2,299 in India. The new Mi Band 4 shall be exclusively available on Mi.com and Amazon India starting September 19 post 12 noon IST.
Mi Band 4 Specifications
The Mi Band 4 tracker weighs 22.1 grams in total without the strap. It features a water resistance rating of 5ATM and comes equipped with a color AMOLED touch screen display of 0.95 inches. The display sports 120 X 240 RGB screen resolution with a color depth of 24 bit.
On the front, you will get a touch capacitive button that can be used to wake up the device and works as a go back button at the same time. Nice thing about the tracker is that it is compatible with the third generation Mi Band straps as well. The default strap on the Mi Band 4 is made up of thermoplastic polyurethane material and has an adjustable wrist strap length of 155-216 mm.
Internally the band comes with 512KB of RAM and 16 MB of native storage. It also features Bluetooth 5.0 along with 3 axis accelerometer, 3 axis gyroscope, and a PPG heart rate sensor. The Mi band 4 is powered by 135 mAh battery which takes 2 hours for a full charge and can stay juiced up to 20 days. For activity tracking the device used the proprietary Mi Fit app which is compatible with Android and iOS.
Sport Functionality
The device features 6 workout modes which include Treadmill, exercise, outdoor running, cycling, walking, pool swimming. It can also count steps, distance, and
calories burned in a given period of time.
Health Monitoring
Heath monitoring functionalities include workout completion notifications, goal setting, sleep monitoring, heart rate monitoring, all-day heart rate checking, resting
heart rate, heart rate chart, idle alerts, etc.

Mi Band 4 also comes handy with Alarm, proximity sensor, pre-set watch face, customizable watch face, lock screen, app notifications, weather forecast, Night mode, music controls on the band, Bluetooth broadcasting, battery level display, different ways to wear, OTA updates, etc.
