Mobile Gyaan Verdict:

Even though Galaxy ace has better processor and battery life than HTC Wildfire there are several kind of lacuna in it such as no flash support in web browser and light sensor. Other than that both lacks DivX/Xvid video support out of the box. Galaxy Ace has HVGA screen which is better than QVGA screen in wildfire. If you need a phone with better screen and processor go for Samsung Galaxy ace otherwise go for wildfire which is cheaper. Else you could also wait for HTC Wildfire S that has better screen and RAM which will release in India in the upcoming months.

Winner:

Samsung Galaxy Ace. Though price is slightly higher than Wildfire, it has bigger screen and better resolution, better processing power, improved battery, pre-installed Froyo are some of the few features that makes it worth to pay additional hundreds of bucks for the Galaxy Ace over HTC Wildfire.

Update: As pointed out by Anubhav, Samsung Galaxy Ace doesn’t have an LED Flash. Those who want a phone to take lots of pics, consider this point.
