Sony Ericsson PlayStation Phone – Xperia Play Launched Worldwide

After quite a long waiting period, Sony Ericsson has launched its Android based Playstation phone Xperia Play. The phone is being launched in 11 countries worldwide and would be launched in India within few weeks.

The Xperia Play is the world’s first PlayStation certified phone and more than 60 Playstation and 3D games are available. Some of the popular games include Need for Speed, Assassins Creed, Worms, Asphalt 6 and FIFA 2010.

These games could be downloaded via the Xperia Play launcher application, that even recommends games from the Android market which are optimized for this phone.You can also download PlayStation games from the PlayStation pocket app.
