Stel was officially licensed to provide 3G services in the following 3 telecom circles:
- Himachal Pradesh
- Bihar & Jharkhand
- Orissa
Though the license for 3G services is approved to Stel since 19th of May 2010, Stel is yet to come up with any official announcement regarding the launch dates of 3G services and its pricing and tariffs.
