Today, BlackBerry has officially launched the keyboard-equipped ‘Q10’ in India for Rs. 44,990. The much-awaited device is finally up for sale in India, but the phone is costlier than the already-expensive BlackBerry Z10, which launched in India for Rs 43,490 and is currently available for Rs 42,490.
The Q10 is running on BlackBerry 10 OS coupled with a 3.1-inch Super AMOLED touch display (720 x 720 pixels resolution). Below the display is BlackBerry’s iconic QWERTY keyboard. The Q10 is powered by a 1.5GHz Cortex-A9 dual-core processor married with 2GB RAM. On the back, there’s an 8 megapixel camera (video recording 1080p@30fps) and on the front, a 2 megapixel camera (videos @720p). It comes with internal storage of 16GB which can be expanded up to 64GB. The connectivity options are as good as any other premium smartphone. There’s MicroUSB, microHDMI, NFC, Wi-Fi, 4G LTE support and Bluetooth v4.0. A 2100 mAh Li-ion battery provides the juice to use the device.
Starting from tomorrow, it will be available in black and white colors in all stores. The phone is already available on e-commerce website Saholic.com for Rs 44,999. The website lists that the phone will be delivered in four business days. So what do you’ll think about the device price and features?
