Samsung Launches 32GB Variant of Galaxy S3 in India

For everyone who is planning to upgrade your smartphone, has got another reason to cheer up as Samsung has launched a new variant of its flagship product – Samsung Galaxy S3 that boasts a whooping internal memory of 32 GB (that could be further expanded to 64 GB).

Though the phone is not available on any of the private E-Commerce sites in India yet, you can purchase it directly via the official online store of Samsung (link).

As far the price of Galaxy S3 32 GB version is concerned, it is available for Rs. 41,500 whereas its 16 GB counter part costs approximately Rs. 3000-5000 less.

Worth the extra money?

As mentioned earlier, the 16 GB or 32 GB is just the internal storage capacity of the phone apart from which, you always have the option to upgrade the phone’s storage using external storage cards (Micro SD card) upto 64 GB more. So we would suggest you to go for the 32 GB version only if you feel you might need around 90 GB of storage on your phone or, if you’ve got extra money to burn. 😉

Cheaper Alternative:

As a cheaper alternative, you have the option to go for 16 GB variant (Samsung Galaxy S3 price in India – 16 GB currently goest to as low as Rs. 36,000) and upgrade its storage to another 32 GB for additional 2000 Rupees thus saving a huge amount of money and getting additional 16 GB of storage (16 GB phone + 32 GB external memory). Smart enough, isn’t it? 😉

Yes, as per Samsung you can expand the memory upto 64 GB. But we would suggest you to use 32 GB card instead, if you don’t really need 64GB storage on your phone.
