Lenovo Z6 Pro Launched in China with Quad Cameras & Snapdragon 855 SoC

Lenovo Z6 Pro is the successor to the last year launched Lenovo Z5 Pro. The Z6 Pro is not only a true flagship phone but also comes with Quad Camera setup on the rear which would be eye candy for many. Lenovo the Chinese tech company launched a quite handful of amazing smartphones in the industry. They also own the brand called Motorola and masters the PC segment of their company. This time they are again focusing back to the smartphone segment and has launched the flagship Z6 Pro. The smartphone comes with a sliding design display and features 100 MP resolution pictures.

The phone feature 6.39 inch OLED display which has got 1080 x 2340 pixel resolution. The display produces 403 PPI as pixel density. The phone shall be running on ZUI 11 which is Lenovo’s proprietary customer skin on top of Android 9.0 Pie.

Lenovo Z6 Pro ( Green )

Z6 Pro shall be rocking the Flagship Snapdragon 855 chipset on an Octa-Core CPU having two 2.84 GHz, three 2.42 GHz and four 1.8 GHz clock speed respectively. The same shall be coupled with Adreno 640 GPU for those amazing graphic-intensive performance.

The memory lacks a dedicated card slot but comes with 512/128/256 GB internal memory. It also features 12/8GB RAM options. So speed and performance would not be comprised at all. Z6 Pro has also been equipped with liquid cooling, non-removable 4000 mAh battery, and 27W fast charging.


The camera on the rear comes in a quad-core setup having 48 MP (f/1.8 aperture) + 16 MP (wide angle shooter) + 8 MP (telephoto lens) + 2 MP (depth sensor) shooters along with dual LED dual-tone flash with AI built in. Videos can be shot at 2160p@30fps and 1080p@120fps. The camera on the front inside the water drop notch would be a true selfie sensor with 32 MP shooting capabilities. Moreover, the front camera can also shoot 1080p videos at 30fps.

Arriving in Red or Green, the phone starts from CNY2,899 ($430/€385) for 6/128 GB, CNY2,999 ($450/€400) for the 8/128 GB, and CNY4,799 ($715/€635) for the 12/512 GB option. The phone will start retailing from April 29, and the first flash sale is scheduled for 10 AM. It will be available at JD.com, TMall and Lenovo’s own store.

Connectivity options with Wi-Fi having both 2.4 GHz and 5GHz network bands, Bluetooth 5.0 with A2DP, GPS, NFC, USB 2.0 type C. Fingerprint sensor is under the display and also features an accelerometer, gyro, proximity and compass sensors.
