With a series of leaks online, we earlier saw Motorola E5 images and specs got leaked, entire lineup for 2018 releases from Motorola were also surfaced. In line’s with the same, another leak has been surfaced online for Xiaomi’s next Mi Mix 3 bezel-less smartphone. Xiaomi’s Mi Mix 2 went ahead and made a huge impact in the global market for introducing a super bezel-less smartphone.
Recently an image went online which is a back panel alleged to be designed for the Mi Mix 3 unit which would be unveiled in 2018. An important thing to notice here is the vertical placement of dual camera’s as earlier seen on iPhone 8 plus and the iPhone X. Also, the fingerprint sensor cut hole is on the rear side followed by the “Mi Mix Designed by Xiaomi” embossed exactly below. Also, rumors suggest the company is working on iPhone X like notch design for the Mi Mix 3. Also as per the picture you can observe the rounded corners unlike the rectangular corners in the previous models.
Specs aren’t much clear out but assumption says that the Mi Mix 3 might be featuring Qualcomm Snapdragon’s latest chipset 845 which would be 20 to 30 percent more efficient than the earlier launched 835 chipset. The new chipset is also going to improve the camera performance on the devices irrespective of the quantity of lenses being used. 6GB of RAM with at least 128 GB internal storage shall go out on for sale. Screen might remain the same 5.99 inch having 18:9 aspect ratio including the iPhone X like notch design and MIUI 9 out of the box.
Xiaomi might use the same phenomenon where the Mi Mix 2 was launched in October 2017 and we wouldn’t be seeing the Mi Mix 3 until late October 2018.
Since the company hasn’t been around with any information on the same we can only assume the information leaked to be an early assumption. Meanwhile, the leaked image of the Mi Mix 3 can also be a prototype for the next installment of the Mi Mix model. We are keeping our fingers crossed and waiting for the smartphone to unveil soon.
