Gionee today had launched the M7 Power with a mammoth of 5000 mAh battery and full-view 6-inch display having an 18:9 aspect ratio. The launch will also include attractive offers for all the users buying the same. The device can be pre-booked on Amazon starting November 17th to November 24th, 2017. If you pre-book the device you can avail exclusive offers that would entail a 6 months warranty for free one-time screen replacement, extra INR 3000 off on exchange and 10GB extra data from Jio for 10 months on recharge of INR 309 and above. Additionally, there will be no cost EMI on credit cards starting INR 1417 per month.
The M7 Power from Gionee is 8.6 mm thick with 199 grams of overall weight. The display on the same is a 6-inch screen having 720 x 1440 pixel resolution on an 18:9 aspect ratio along with a pixel density of 268 ppi for the same. Does support multitouch and comes with Corning Gorilla Glass protection on the top.
Operating system out of the box would be Nougat 7.1.1 with Amigo OS 5.0 on the top.
Inside, you get Qualcomm MSM8940 Snapdragon 435 chipset on an Octa-Core CPU clocked at 1.4 GHz coupled with Adreno 505 GPU. RAM provided is 4 GB with an internal memory of 64 GB which is further expandable up to 256 GB via micro SD card.
Camera department covers 13 MP sensor on the back having f/2.0 aperture, autofocus and LED flash. The secondary camera is an 8 MP shooter having a f/2.2 aperture. The rear camera also supports a unique 3D photo feature which lets the user go around an object to form a three-dimensional dynamic picture. It also lets the user share a live photo that can show the object with multiple angles for deeper details.
Connectivity features remain very basic with 3.5 mm audio jack, WLAN, Bluetooth 4.1, GPS, Radio and micro USB 2.0. The fingerprint sensor is rear mounted with accelerometer, proximity and compass sensors inbuilt.
All the above is powered by a 5000 mAh battery which is non-removable and does provide a decent battery back on a normal usage. Price in India would be Rs.16999 and will be available in Blue, Gold, and Black colors and will go on sale across all retail stores in India starting November 25.
