Vivo V7 selfie smartphone was launched with bezel-less display and 18:9 aspect ratio. 24-megapixel front camera with moonlight flash is also amongst the key highlights of the phone. Will be sold online exclusively on Flipkart followed up by offline sales at retail stores as well. Vivo V7 will face tough competition with the Oppo F5 and Samsung Galaxy J7 Pro in India.
Apart from the launch, there are exciting pre-booking offers entailed if you buy the same from Flipkart. Prebooking are already live and the first sale is on November 24. From November 25, the handset would be available for purchase pan India. Now as far as the specs are concerned, you will have 5.7 inch IPS LCD display featuring 18:9 aspect ratio having 720 x 1440 pixel screen resolution. The smartphone is 7.9 mm thick with a combined weight of 139 grams. Operating system out of the box would be Android 7.1.2 with customized proprietary Fun Touch OS 3.2 over it.
Inside the phone, you get Qualcomm Snapdragon 450 chipset on an Oct-Core CPU clocked at 1.8 GHz coupled with Adreno 506 GPU. 4 GB RAM and 32 GB internal memory is provided which is further expandable up to 256 GB via dedicated micro SD card slot.
The camera also is the key highlight featuring a 16 MP snapper on the back which runs on f/2.0 aperture. Front shooter is a 24 MP sensor having moonlight LED flash and carries a f/2.0 aperture as well.
Connectivity features remain the same with WLAN, Bluetooth 4.2, GPS, Radio and micro USB 2.0 which is a serious disappointment for the price range. The fingerprint sensor is rear mounted and also equips accelerometer, proximity, compass sensors on board. Powering the same is a 3000 mAh battery.
