ZTE Nubia Red Magic 3 with 90Hz Display & 5000 mAh battery Launched

Nubia Red Magic 3 has been brought to India from the Chinese smartphone giant ZTE. The phone has been placed into the market keeping a close look at customers who prefer hardcore gaming on a mobile device. The phone comes with a physical cooling fan built in along with the latest Snapdragon 855 chipset.

The ZTE Nubia Red Magic 3 has been priced at Rs. 35,999 for the model having 8GB RAM and 128 GB internal memory. It will also come with 12GB RAM and 256GB internal memory having a price tag of Rs. 46,999. the first variant shall be available in black and red colors to choose from whereas the later will be offered in Camouflage Red/Blue color variant. The sale shall start from June 27 exclusively on Flipkart.

Nubia Red Magic 3 Specifications

The ZTE phone will be 9.7 mm thick with a combined weight of 215 g. It comes with an aluminum body and front glass. It also has got an RGB light panel along with pressure sensitive zones. Display on the phone is 6.65 inch AMOLED screen having 1080 x 2340 pixel resolution. The same produce 388 PPI as pixel density. The display is protected by a non-disclosed version of Corning Gorilla glass. The display also features a 90Hz refresh rate which had been earlier seen on the OnePlus 7 Pro.

Nubia Red Magic 3 would come with Android 9 Pie out of the box having Redmagic 2.0 proprietary skin on top. Inside the phone, you get the latest Snapdragon 855 chipset on an octa-core CPU coupled with Adreno 640 GPU.

The smartphone shall feature memory options like 256 GB, 12 GB RAM, 128 GB, 8 GB RAM or 64 GB, 6 GB RAM. The internal memory is not further expandable. The speaker on the phone features DTS XU1tra sound and 32-bit/384kHz audio.

The camera department on the phone is also something to look at. On the rear side, you get 48 MP camera having f/1.7 aperture and on the rear side, you get another single 16 MP sensor having f/2.0 aperture.

Connectivity options include WLAN, Bluetooth 5.0, GPS, USB type C, and a rear-mounted fingerprint sensor along with an accelerometer, gyro, proximity, compass sensors baked in. The Nubia Red Magic 3 also comes with a non-removable Li-Po 5,000 mAh battery which supports fast battery charging of 27W.
